President of «Inhulets» Oleksandr Povorozniuk is not satisfied with the referees’ decision regarding the non-awarding of a penalty against «Lviv» in the 13th round of the Ukrainian championship, and demands public explanations from Kateryna Monzul for that episode. He stated this in a comment to UPL.TV.

«I believe we are a bit unlucky. But today, that penalty that was not given — if it had been for us, it would definitely have been given. You understand what I mean. But tomorrow Monzul will be banging her fist on her chest, proving that everything is fine there, everything is good, that there was no penalty. If it were against us — a penalty would 100% be awarded. I am sure of it. It should have been 100% given there.

I have already written a message to Monzul: ‘Katya, give a public explanation of why there is no penalty. Just let there be a negotiation process’. It somehow turns out that everyone seems to be on the right path now, lie detector and all, everything is great. That’s all good, but for some reason, it still turns out that for the chosen ones it would have been a penalty, but for peasants like us — there is no penalty. That’s just wrong», — said Povorozniuk.

The match ended in a goalless draw. The team from Kirovohrad region remains the only one that has not won this season.
