Midfielder of Kyiv “Dynamo” Vitaliy Buyalsky commented on his team’s victory over Zhytomyr “Polissia” (2:1) in today’s match of the 13th round of the Ukrainian championship on the YouTube channel FootballHub.
— How do you assess the moment with Mykhailichenko’s dismissal, who fouled against you?
— I intercepted the ball, Bohdan fouled, I believe it’s a direct red card, as there have been cases when I was dismissed in similar or even less severe situations.
— How difficult was the match for you considering that Polissia was quite ambitious at the beginning?
— Yes, they were fresher because they had been preparing for our match for a week. We arrived in Kyiv only yesterday at 12:30, went straight to the training base, and can say we prepared for the game against Polissia for only one day. Maybe that’s why we gave up the initiative, but ball retention doesn’t yield results.
— It seemed that in the second half, when Polissia was playing with fewer players, it was harder for you...
— I wouldn’t say that, it’s just that Polissia was making more long passes, and we were losing the second balls, so it was a bit chaotic.
— Did you approach this match not being in the best mood? Were you able to switch over after the unsuccessful match in the Europa League against Ferencváros?
— Personally for me, it didn’t matter much, since I don’t read what’s written on the internet; I’m not interested in other people's opinions. I have my own opinion and also listen to the head coach's and the team's views. So I immediately abstracted and prepared for Polissia.
— How important is Andriy Yarmolenko's return to the team, who played the entire match today?
— It’s extremely important, as when Andriy is on the pitch, it definitely boosts the confidence of the entire team. Furthermore, against him usually two or three players mark him, which creates free spaces that we can exploit.
— There was a lot of fighting on the field today, and players reacted very emotionally to every episode, especially in the second half, particularly when Brazhko and Popov went for a tackle. Is such a mood important?
— It probably needs to be done in every match. Regarding today’s match, perhaps after Ferencváros, we got even angrier, so our concentration was at its maximum.
— In the second half, Polissia even exerted pressure while being a man down, is it because of the heavy schedule lately?
— Yes, as I already mentioned, we had a little over a day to prepare, while they had a whole week, so we didn’t fully analyze them, as there wasn’t enough time; we were on the road, so we couldn’t watch any video.
— You have been called-up to the national team of Ukraine, what emotions do you have going to the national team camp?
— Regarding the national team, I can’t definitively say anything yet, as I have a minor injury.
Ну, с какого ражна он должен "на подхвате" местись в сборную??
Все равно его не ставят на игру.......
