The publication Givemesport has compiled a ranking of the worst forwards in the history of the English Premier League.
Several indicators were considered in the formation of this ranking, such as goals scored; expectations of how the player would perform; transfer fee; number of matches and playing time on the field.
As a result, the worst forward in the history of the EPL turned out to be the French ex-striker of Arsenal and Crystal Palace, Yaya Sanogo, who played in the EPL from 2013 to 2015.
There was also a place in the top ten worst for a representative from Ukraine: former Liverpool forward Andrei Voronin ranked 6th in the rating.
1. Yaya Sanogo (Arsenal, Crystal Palace)
2. Jozy Altidore (Sunderland, Hull City)
3. Franco Di Santo (Chelsea, Wigan, Blackburn)
4. Jo (Man City, Everton)
5. Francis Jeffers (Arsenal, Everton, Charlton, Blackburn)
6. Andrei Voronin (Liverpool)
7. Mido (Tottenham, Wigan, West Ham)
8. Roberto Soldado (Tottenham)
9. Afonso Alves (Middlesbrough)
10. Radamel Falcao (Man United, Chelsea).
We remind you that not long ago Voronin made it into another negative ranking: he was in the top five worst Liverpool transfers in the history of the club.
