Vyacheslav Zakhovaylo: «It is impossible to accuse the coaching staff of Dynamo of the level of UPL being lower than the plinth»

Famous manager and expert Vyacheslav Zakhovaylo shared his impressions of the match of the 14th round of the Ukrainian championship between Kyiv’s Dynamo and Odesa’s Chornomorets (3:1).

“The coaching staff of the Kyiv team cannot be blamed for the fact that the level of UPL is below the plinth. The intensity of the game, pressing, defensive counteraction, and this is just a small list of what footballers get used to.

In Eurocup matches, all fans are surprised: why are we being so shamelessly beaten? Because it is impossible to adapt immediately to the faster and more thoughtful style of play of teams from top championships. Even mid-tier teams are capable of making us think about whether everything is alright with our level of preparation.

Today there was a match against the historically rich in talents, original team "Chornomorets" Odesa. What is wrong with you, Odesites? It is impossible to play football standing at the level of UPL. My words apply not only to Odesites; it concerns all clubs below the fourth place in the tournament table. Your level pulls everyone down. The national team and all clubs that are trying to compete in Eurocups.

A bit of statistics. “Chornomorets”: ball possession 30%, 2 shots on target, 6 fouls!!!! And this is direct evidence of my words.

I did not like today’s game. For the Kyivans, this is a training session with increased responsibility, and this transfers to the Eurocups. In a week in Hamburg, we might be surprised again and throw up our hands, but in the game against “Victoria” Plzeň.

The president of the club “Dynamo”, Igor Mikhailovich Surkis recently celebrated his birthday at work. I join all the wishes and congratulations to the president. From myself, I wish: strong health, Olympic calmness, to earn more money — the club needs investments))) And, of course, family well-being.

Wishing everyone well! Glory to Ukraine!», — wrote Zakhovaylo on his Facebook page.
