Ukrainian referee Mykola Balakin has been appointed as the main referee for the group stage match of the Champions League between "Bayer" and "Salzburg". This is reported by the official UEFA website.
It is reported that Balakin's assistants will be Oleksandr Berkut and Viktor Matyash. The fourth referee is Vitaliy Romanov.
The VAR system will also be in operation for the match: Guillermo Cuadra Fernandez (Spain) is the main VAR referee, Valerio Marini (Italy) is the assistant VAR referee.
