“The main reason for the prohibition of holding the match at the “Molodizhny” stadium in Poltava was the absence of an official permit from the military administration of the Poltava region among the nominal hosts of the field (FC “Olimpiya”). Without this document, holding matches of such a level is impossible. This is something the UAF delegate could not have been unaware of. Nevertheless, the match was held and played.
