— We definitely feel that we can take an important step towards reaching the spring phase of the Europa League. I believe that we are well prepared for this and will cope with our tasks in the match against Kyiv "Dynamo".
— Kyiv "Dynamo" is a quality team, but its results in the current Europa League do not reflect that yet. Why is that?
— Dynamo’s position in the Europa League standings does not reflect how good this team is. They dominate in the Ukrainian championship and undoubtedly have quality players.
So nothing easy awaits us. "Dynamo" will certainly want to break its streak of poor results, so we need to be as prepared as possible and play the match as we have played so far in this Europa League. I believe we have an excellent chance to win here and take a step towards reaching the playoffs.
— For "Dynamo," all matches are now away. Could this be an advantage for your team?
— "Dynamo" has already played two matches here, so they have more experience working with this field. This may be a slight advantage for them. According to the information I have, about five thousand people will be at the match, so the atmosphere, like in Frankfurt (referring to the match of the 1st round of the Europa League "Eintracht" — "Victoria" — 3:3, — ed.), is not what we expect.
— Which player from Kyiv "Dynamo" should we pay attention to first?
— First of all, the central midfielders Shaparenko, Brazhko, as all of "Dynamo's" game is built around them. And, of course, the forwards. "Dynamo" has a forward from the Ukrainian national team at the front of the attack, which also gives strength to this team.
In general, "Dynamo" has plenty of dynamic players who work well with the ball. We must play carefully on defense and not give the opponent space.
