A regrettable incident occurred with Ukrainian forward Roman Yaremchuk of Olympiacos in the main round Europa League match against FCSB.

Despite receiving medical attention, Yaremchuk could not continue the match, and the head coach of Olympiacos had to make another substitution in the 85th minute.
As for the game itself, it ended in a draw—0:0.
