What kind of football is this and who needs it if VAR is openly used to ‘kill’ us in front of everyone? I am not 18 years old and I have seen something in football, though not much, but enough.
When I was fouled in the 16th minute, they scored a goal afterwards, and then our goalkeeper was shown a yellow card, and then a red card to Vanya Petryak… And the commentator, who should take a neutral position, is openly leaning towards the referees, towards one team, as if he is also getting something out of it, stating that someone is pushing these referees. I am not one of those people who will simulate, I just know how to endure pain sometimes. The referee showed that ‘guys, you came here just like this, why are you even training, came here and still came out to play.’
And then there was a second episode in the 29th minute, when a person with aggression jumps with straight legs near the line, even if he played the ball somewhere, hits me in the bone, and the referee ignores this moment... Although I waited to see what he would do, and he didn’t whistle at all. What should my reaction be when we are losing 0:1, and they gave us a red card? We are not playing in the yard, and everyone has a career, ambitions, but people don’t care about that. It's sad that such things happen in such a difficult time, and it's not just in sports.
I can only conclude this message by saying that believe me, I know a lot of things: what is happening in refereeing. Guys, you can earn money this way, but it’s completely unnecessary, they are spoiled, just like you and your system, and those who earn this way,” Butko wrote on his Instagram page.
