The management of "West Ham" is getting closer to dismissing head coach Julen Lopetegui.
According to The Guardian, the "Hammers" have already decided on a replacement for the Spanish specialist. Among all the candidates, the bosses of the London club chose former Porto coach Sérgio Conceição.
Previously, Edin Terzić and Graham Potter were also mentioned as potential successors to Lopetegui.
