The head coach of Kyiv "Dynamo" Oleksandr Shovkovskyi commented on the convincing victory in the match of the 16th round of the Ukrainian championship against "Oleksandriya" on UPL.TV.

— It sounds trivial, but we had one extra day — for us, that’s already a luxury. It made a difference. We studied the previous game, analyzed. The game plan we prepared worked. Of course, proper execution of our chances is always important as well. With the same "Kolos", we had opportunities, but we couldn't score. Today, the execution was at a slightly higher level.
— Why did you decide not to change the starting lineup at all compared to the last match?
— The lineup is determined directly before each game depending on the opponent and the players' condition. The decision was made, and as the match showed, it was the right one.
— Today "Dynamo" scored from a set piece...
— We always work on this component. Earlier we struggled, but today we scored — that’s nice. We know how well some of our players perform in the air. But it was a team effort.
— What did you discuss with the team during the air raid alert?
— The game continues for all 90 minutes; we trained the team to not look at the result.
— On the bench today were Pikhaliok and Shaparenko. When will we see them on the field?
— They are very important players for us; we rely on them, but the substitutions we made were necessary. Some players weren’t feeling well, so we had to make substitutions. We will see tomorrow.
