The well-known football manager Viacheslav Zakhovailo expressed his opinion on the results of LNZ in the current season of the Ukrainian championship under the guidance of Andres Carrasco.

Before choosing a candidate for the role of head coach, those responsible for such matters in the club must first understand what they want and compare their investments with the desired result.
Currently, what the Spanish school advocates, which is now being actively promoted in Ukraine, implies significant investments in quality players. This is the kind of football that requires a different execution. I do not know the budget of LNZ, but in comparison with these investments, both the head coach and the management of the football club should be selected.
Dulub plays reliable and simple “old school” football. Therefore, I do not rule out that this coach would score exactly the same number of points as in the last season. As for coach Carrasco, frankly speaking, I do not even know who he is. Probably some youth coach. I have not delved into his biography — who he has coached there. Apparently, the club owners wanted it so much that they decided to go down this path. It was their decision. Well, they made a mistake. Now, probably, they will make some other decisions. And it is not necessary to take into account the names of the coaches — in this case, it is important to determine what the investors, the club, and the fans desire.
When they compare what and how, they will invite specialists who can serve as advisors, find their own or local ones, and then make a decision on which path to take next. And the fact that the LNZ team is currently not earning points, in this situation, needs to sit down, think, and take the right management steps. That's all,» said Zakhovailo.
