Bayern fans: “The referee, a drug addict, wanted to help Shakhtar win. Why?”

The Germans are thrilled with the beautiful victory over Shakhtar (5:1), especially the final goal scored by Olise, as if it were happening in a computer game rather than in real life. Bayern fans note that this match was practically a home game for their club, as a large portion of the fans supported the German club, even though the match was not held in Munich. Interestingly, Bayern fans were dissatisfied with the referee’s performance. Many were outraged by his “bias” towards the guests and his “help” to the Ukrainians.

Claus: The final result is quite fair. I would even say that Bayern could have scored 7-8 goals if it weren’t for the strange actions of the referee. I was particularly surprised by his decision to cancel a perfectly legitimate goal. Moreover, Shakhtar should have played the match with ten players. In that case, things could have ended much worse for them.

Karnbrock: Without Coman, Neuer, Kane, Davis, Gnabry. Even without Palhinha, Ito, and Stanisic. Bayern played with an experimental lineup, lacking a proper replacement on the bench. And without much effort, they crushed Shakhtar. This deserves respect.

BayernHT: All these referees don’t surprise me anymore. Recently there were news about the drug addict from England. About the drunk Poles. About sex scandals with referees in Turkey. And so on. UEFA needs such people because they can be easily manipulated. The referee in the match against Shakhtar was either a drug addict, a drunk, or a pervert. Or all together. I am no longer surprised by anything. Because his decisions can only be explained by the influence of certain substances. And this referee wanted to help Shakhtar win. Why? I would like to know the answer to this question. But after the match with Spain, it became clear that there’s no logic to look for here. Someone benefits from this. By the way, do referees take doping tests?

Hermann: The referee desperately tried to help Shakhtar achieve victory. The final result is all the more amusing. I don’t know what was on this referee’s mind, but he was overly obvious in assisting the Ukrainians. His decision to disallow a legitimate goal was especially surprising. No one in the stadium understood what the referee saw.

Bonitz: I am very glad that we achieved such an impressive victory and improved our chances of reaching the top 8 in the Champions League, but this result may be misleading. The opponent was of very low level. I’m afraid we won’t get complacent and lose points in the league after such an easy victory.

Qettinger: I even feel a little sorry for Shakhtar. Their nominal home match turned into an away game for them. I think about 70-80 percent of the spectators supported Bayern. There were surprisingly few Ukrainians. Perhaps Shakhtar itself scared them off when it set incredibly high ticket prices. As a result, they suffered from it.

Beiris: Amazing work by the referee. I wouldn’t be surprised if tomorrow it turns out that he is just as much a drug addict as the Englishman who officiated against our national team. Recently, UEFA has been appointing very strange referees for matches involving German clubs or national teams.

Gebnardt: Bayern defeated an opponent of the second division level in Germany. Is it worth being overly happy about such a victory? The results of matches against stronger opponents in the Champions League have shown that not everything is as good with Bayern as we would like it to be.

Werner: This is for the tickets, you bastards. Germany welcomed you, helped with the organization of matches, gave free tickets to refugees for various events, and then Shakhtar comes out and says they just want to make money off us Germans, let them pay. Well, let the money they earned comfort you a bit, because you don’t know how to play football.

Hellwig: Once again, the Champions League and once again, the referee helps our opponent. Fortunately, Shakhtar is so weak that they could not win with an “additional” player. But this trend stresses me out. Does UEFA not want Bayern to win the tournament?

Poos: You see? When the opponent team plays openly, it’s more pleasant to watch Bayern’s game. Their high pressing works, and they create more chances. It’s another matter when they face Bundesliga teams that park the bus for 90+ minutes. Name at least one Bundesliga team, besides Eintracht, that dares to play openly against Bayern. Shakhtar played boldly today, which helped us secure a confident victory.

Grimm: If I were a Shakhtar fan, I might think that the players are “sinking” the coach. They behaved so strangely in some episodes that it can hardly be explained by the low class of the players.

Tobi: Two goals were stolen from us today! What’s the point of all these expensive video review systems when referees make incomprehensible decisions in clear situations that are simply impossible to explain?

Frank: Olise’s goal is not just the best of the round; it should contend for the best goal of 2024. How many opponents did he beat? I counted 7 players, but some seemed to have been beaten twice. It’s fantastic! The best goal of the season, no doubt about it.

Goldtner: Shakhtar played so poorly that even Müller had an outstanding match. And many were ready to send him into retirement. As we can see, he can still be of benefit to Bayern, even in such matches.

Reiner: If all our opponents in the Champions League were of such low level, Bayern would win every match and easily win the tournament. Unfortunately, so far we are only able to play well against teams of Shakhtar’s or Dinamo Zagreb’s level, who cannot defend.

Markus: I hope this referee is sent to sweep the streets. There’s no place for him in football. He desperately tried to help Shakhtar with his unbelievable decisions. But he won’t get his money anyway since the Ukrainians disgracefully lost.

Domi: First, the referee tried to help Shakhtar win. Then he tried to help the Ukrainians not to lose. Then he tried to avoid a rout. And then he gave up and realized it was a futile endeavor.

Rief: Just imagine the scandal if Bayern had failed to win this match? The referee either doesn’t understand football at all or acted with bias against our club. In any case, he has no right to officiate matches at such a high level.

Furtner: The fact that Shakhtar couldn’t even win with the referee’s help is even funnier than the fact that they conceded five goals. You could say that Shakhtar played as poorly as the referee officiated this match.

Giertz: Even the referee’s assistance couldn’t help Shakhtar avoid a humiliating defeat. And that pleases me. Because Bayern has essentially guaranteed itself a place in the top 8, despite the referees “playing” for our opponents in the Champions League not for the first time.
