Ihor Kostiuk— Today, as in the first match, it was a substantive game, we created a lot of chances. And, in principle, we executed the plan we had chosen — in particular, quickly moving the ball across the field.
The team played aggressively, but we managed, due to the fast ball movement, to switch from flank to flank, launching attacks, which allowed us to score our goals. In the first half, we had a few more scoring opportunities that we could have converted, and after the break, we brought the game to victory and progressed to the next round.
Before the game, we motivated the players, warning them that they should not focus on the score, as the opponent's team is quite unpleasant, aggressive, and there are players who deserve attention. I am glad that the guys listened and did what we agreed on.
