The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, which previously upheld the appeal of former footballer Anatoliy Tymoshchuk against the decision of the UAF disciplinary committee, has published the full text of the ruling in this case.

Under these circumstances, the appellant cannot be deprived of them, as no accusations or circumstances related to the awarding of these titles previously existed,” the CAS ruling states in particular.
