„Shakhtar“ and „Dynamo“ also spend less than they used to, and that’s why „Polissia“ and other teams have caught up, which can now create competition for them. That’s why there are more equal teams. And among these teams, „Karpaty“ have not been lost. Give us at least a couple of years, and I think we will succeed,» said Tlumak during yesterday's press conference.
