The publication “Ukrainian Football” at the end of the calendar year held a traditional referendum among domestic coaches, officials, and journalists to determine the best in Ukraine in 2024. Today, the results of the survey in the nomination “Best Coach of Ukraine” were published.
Each respondent of the survey named their version of the top three best legionnaires. The candidate received three points for first place, two for second, and one for third.
As a result, the winner of the nomination was the head coach of “Alexandria” Ruslan Rotan, who scored 363 points. Second was the mentor of Kyiv “Dynamo” Alexander Shovkovsky - he has 201 points. Completing the top three was the coach of Kryvyi Rih “Kryvbas” Yuriy Vernydub - 158 points.
Dynamo.kiev.ua’s choice in this nomination was as follows: 1. Ruslan Rotan, 2. Alexander Shovkovsky, 3. Yuriy Vernydub, which perfectly matched the final results.
