The management of the «Red Devils» agreed to let the 23-year-old player go despite his debut season at «Old Trafford». The club believes that a decent loan might be the best way to preserve and potentially increase his market value after a lackluster first half of the season in England.
Playing under Thiago Motta, a coach who has successfully worked with Zirkzee at «Bologna», could be an ideal fit for the Dutch player.
