The first part of the club season 2024/2025 for Ukrainian national team forward Artem Dovbik at the Italian "Roma" resembled a real seesaw.
Artem Dovbik (photo: uaf.ua)It seemed that the Ukrainian managed to avoid the traditional adaptation period in a new country, league, team, and already in his fourth, fifth, and seventh matches for the "wolves" he was consistently scoring goals, but a full-fledged breakthrough, like in "Girona," unfortunately did not happen.
Perhaps the coaching turmoil in "Roma" had an impact. It is difficult to answer this question. However, calling this part of the season a failure for Dovbik is hard to do. In 23 matches, he scored nine goals and assisted teammates three times. So we can hope that with the help of experienced mentor Claudio Ranieri in the second part of the season, Artem will only continue to improve. Our forward has everything for this.
