On Tuesday, on the second day of the winter training camp of «Dynamo», which the «white-blues» are conducting in southern Turkey this winter, the team of Oleksandr Shovkovskyi faced a busy program.
The morning session began with the work that footballers dislike the most — testing physical conditions, in particular endurance.
In this test, players had to run practically to their limits, so the rest of the session was lighter — split into fours, the Dynamo players competed in tennis ball. And while in the functional testing both young and experienced players showed the best results, in tennis ball experience prevailed.
The evening training was lengthy and consisted mostly of game exercises. But first, the field players practiced heading, while the goalkeepers had the opportunity to practice well, blocking one shot after another.
The training day ended, as the day before — with a mini-tournament. Unlike the first day, the game competition took place under different rules — with standard goals and goalkeepers. But the same team won as the day before — in the green vests.
On Wednesday, the Dynamo players have two training sessions planned in their work schedule. And the first test match of this year is scheduled for the upcoming Friday.
