Zinchenko received a yellow card in the very first challenge after coming onto the field in the cup match against Arsenal

The Ukrainian defender of London’s Arsenal, Oleksandr Zinchenko, participated in another match of his club but did not record any noteworthy actions and received a yellow card.

The 28-year-old footballer was included in the squad of the Gunners for yesterday’s 1/2 final match of the English League Cup against Newcastle, but remained on the bench, and only entered the game in the 78th minute (in place of Myles Lewis-Skelly).

Notably, just two minutes after his appearance on the field, Zinchenko was cautioned in his very first challenge — for a rough tackle against Newcastle midfielder Joelinton, who was first to the ball. This is the second yellow card for the Ukrainian in the current season.
