Dynamo" at a training camp in Turkey. Training day before the first friendly

Kyiv’s "Dynamo" continues preparation for the second part of the season at a training camp in Turkey. On the fourth working day of the camp, the team led by Oleksandr Shovkovskyi held two training sessions.

The morning session was long and intense, so before it began, the players needed to warm up properly. During one of the warm-up exercises, fitness bands were used, after which players had to demonstrate explosive speed.

However, work begins even before going out on the field, as players conduct preliminary preparation for training in the hotel gym. By the way, many players walk to the football field instead of taking the club bus and return to the hotel the same way, since it is located quite close and the route runs along picturesque golf courses. On the neighboring field, the Bulgarian club "Levski," which is based in the same hotel as the "white-blues," has also been training since yesterday.

During the main part of the training, which consisted entirely of game exercises, the Dynamo players worked a lot on ball control. The evening training was also game-oriented.

Along with the Dynamo players, two defenders are training with the team on trial—Bohdan Sliubik and Ime Okon.

The first test for them, as well as for the entire team, will be a friendly match that "Dynamo" will play today, on the fifth day of the camp. The friendly match against the second German Bundesliga club "Magdeburg" will take place on their training field. The match will start at 15:00 Kyiv time (16:00 local time) and will be broadcast live on the Dynamo club’s YouTube channel.
