The Dynamo players started very actively, pressing their opponents in large groups from the beginning of the game in their half of the field. The first moment near Zima's goal occurred in the 3rd minute. The Kyiv team launched a counterattack, Voloshyn crossed from the right side to the left for Vanat, who, in a slide, tried to shoot but just missed, and the ball flew past the left post. In the 16th minute, Voloshyn scored after a cross from Vyshcherenko, but just before that, a foul was called offside against Kosti.
Not long after, the “white-blue” opened the scoring. Vanat broke through one-on-one with Zima, outwitted him, but ran too far behind the left post, so he didn't shoot, but raised his head and accurately passed the ball to the 11-meter spot for Vitalii Buialskyi, who shot perfectly. 1:0. A few minutes later, the lead doubled. Kabaiev struck powerfully from the semi-circle, the goalkeeper deflected the ball to his right corner, but then chaos ensued in the Romanian's penalty area, resulting in a precise backheel strike from Vitalii Buialskyi. 2:0. Soon, Kabaiev shot on target from 13 meters after a cross from Tymchyk. The shot wasn't strong, and the goalkeeper handled it.
After the break, Oleksandr Shovkovskyi did not change the lineup, only replacing the goalkeeper. Perhaps this is why the Romanians started the second half more actively. From the Kyiv team, an unusual corner kick with a pass along the touchline was memorable at the start of the half. It was dangerous, but they could not score. Midway through the half, Dynamo’s lineup was completely changed, and it happened that after this, the Ukrainians conceded. David Mykulesku shot from the right corner of the penalty box, and the ball ricocheted off Dubinchak into the far corner of Neshcheret's goal. 2:1. Bucharest's attempts to equalize were unsuccessful. Moreover, the Kyiv players staged several dangerous counterattacks before the final whistle, and only haste in the closing stages prevented them from converting at least one.
Dynamo's next friendly match will take place tomorrow, on Monday, January 13, against Polish «Widzew».
