The UAF has determined the candidates for the head coaches of the youth and junior national teams of Ukraine.
“They are Hennadiy Shchekotilin, Ilya Halyuza, and Volodymyr Yezersky. They have been proposed to lead the U-15, U-16, and U-17 teams. Earlier, Mykola Tsymbal was also considered, but it was decided to withdraw his candidacy.
Shchekotilin and Halyuza are alumni of “Dnipro-1,” where they worked until the club's dissolution. Shchekotilin later became an assistant to Vitaliy Ponomaryov in the coaching staff of “Rukh.”
Yezersky has previously worked in the system of national teams at various levels,” reported former journalist Igor Burbas on his Telegram channel.
