A graduate of Kyiv’s Dynamo midfielder Ihor Kharatin is the first winter newcomer of Rivne’s Veres.
The twenty-nine-year-old footballer signed a contract with the club for two and a half years. In the squad of the "red-black" team, the midfielder will wear number fourteen.
