Former central defender of the national team of Ukraine Oleksandr Kuchyr shared his expectations for the match of the seventh round of the main stage of the Champions League between Shakhtar and the French Brest.
Oleksandr Kuchyr— I do not see a definite favorite in this game. The match will definitely be a tough one. Despite the fact that Brest won three out of four matches in Ligue 1 this year, the team does not play brilliantly and does not look like one that Shakhtar could not defeat. Of course, comparing the load in training camp matches and official ones is not correct. It is hard to say definitively which team will look physically stronger in the face-to-face match. Probably, it will be Brest. And this is their trump card. I do not want to make a prediction, but I believe that Shakhtar will win," the expert said.
