The preparation camp of Kyiv «Dynamo» continues, which Alexander Shovkovsky’s team is holding in Turkey.
After returning from Istanbul, where the Kyiv team played a match in the Europa League against local «Galatasaray» (3:3) last Tuesday, the «white-blues» returned to their usual training routine at the camp, and on Thursday played another friendly match — against the team «Llapi» from Kosovo (2:2).
On Friday, Dynamo players had a theoretical session in the morning, and in the evening they practiced on the training field.
After a brief jog, the players moved on to warm-up, where the most interesting exercise was with a fitness ball — a kind of version of the game «knockout».
Next, the team began the main part of the work, starting with practicing passes. During this time, the goalkeepers worked on their special program.
The next exercise was on ball control, while six players who had the most game time in the match against «Llapi» had a lighter session, focusing on playing tennis ball.
All the others played two-sided on standard goals, but on a small field. The victory was claimed by a team made up of experienced players as well as Dynamo youth. The senior coach of the youth team, Igor Kostiuk, visited the training session, observing the youngsters who are already working with the main team.
Vladimir Brazhko returned to training with the main group, having rehabilitated during the first part of the camp, working on an individual program.
The training session concluded with an exercise on finishing attacks, during which the goalkeepers also had to work hard. Spectacular saves and beautiful goals — the best way to end another training day for the «white-blues» in Turkey.
