Among the current head coaches of the participants of the 2024/2025 season in the Ukrainian championship, only three are currently leaders in the club rankings for the number of matches played in the elite division.
They are Vladyslav Lupashko (Karpaty) and Vitaliy Pervak (Livyi Bereh), whose clubs have just entered the UPL, as well as Vitaliy Ponomaryov, who has been leading Rukh in the elite for the third season.
The club rankings of coaches saw some adjustments during the first part of the season, among which we highlight the following.
Ruslan Rotan displaced Roman Pokora from 2nd place among the leaders of Oleksandriya and only trails behind Volodymyr Sharan.
Yuriy Maksymov (Vorskla) rose to 3rd place, overtaking Andrii Baliy.
Olexandr Shovkovskyi (Dynamo) caught up with Oleg Blokhin, sharing 9-10 places.
However, in Polissia, a change in the leader of the coaching club list is expected as early as March: Imad Ashur trails Yuriy Kalytvintsev by only three games in the UPL in charge of Zhytomyr.
