Ukrainian forward of "Roma" Artem Dovbik spoke about his adaptation in the Italian championship.

"These months have been difficult: a new championship, three changes of coaches, learning a new tactic, and some physical problems. Now I understand Italian football better than before, and I hope that everything will get better.
This is the first year I have been playing so much on three fronts. Our medical staff has done everything possible to help me, and now after knee treatment I feel much better.
I played injured, was not one hundred percent ready, and still went onto the field. That was my mistake, I should have rested, but I felt the need to be with the team in tough moments. However, now I feel good.
The language of football is universal. I came to Italy after the experience gained in Spain, where they play completely different football. Now I’m starting to understand Serie A. It’s more about personal battles, aggressive and compact defense, it’s hard to be successful in it. It’s not easy to play against three opponents' defenders in the penalty area. This is part of the adaptation process,” — quotes Dovbik the Telegram channel “Vzbіrna” referring to Il Messaggero.
