The president of Kyiv “Dynamo” Igor Surkis outlined the club's position regarding the transfer of midfielder Volodymyr Brazhko.
“Brazhko remains at “Dynamo”. Because we primarily follow the club's priorities. And they are obvious: we need to win the Ukrainian championship and get the opportunity to fight for the right to participate in the Champions League 2025/26. Volodymyr is a key player of the team, who will help us achieve this goal. This is much more important than situationally earning some money on his sale.
At the same time, we really want to see Brazhko in a big championship and a prestigious European club. He knows our position, calmly reacts to everything and will deserve such an offer in the future.
“Dynamo” respects “Wolverhampton”, but we all and the player understand that in the next season the club may end up in the Championship. If desired, we will have time and opportunity to return to this conversation when both clubs achieve their tournament goals,” Surkis said in a comment to the Telegram channel “TaToTake”.
It is also known that “Wolverhampton” offered “Dynamo” 20 million euros with payment broken down into several tranches over 4 years.
