The head coach of Madrid "Real" Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that the pair of central defenders Antonio Rudiger and David Alaba will be out of the game for several weeks due to injuries.
"We are in a critical situation, as both Rudiger and Alaba will be absent for 20 days. The only options for the central defender position are Jacobo Ramon, Raul Asensio, and Tchouaméni," Ancelotti is quoted by AS.
In the next seven days, the "whites" will face a quarter-final match of the Copa del Rey against "Leganés", a derby with "Atletico" in the league, as well as the first game in the round of 16 of the Champions League against "Manchester City".
