As already reported, former head coach of Kyiv’s Dynamo, Mircea Lucescu, who currently leads the Romanian national team, underwent surgery on his right hip due to coxarthrosis in Bucharest in late January.

Let us remind you that the 79-year-old specialist underwent a similar surgery on his left hip in 2023. At that time, Lucescu was leading Dynamo and he was operated on in one of Kyiv’s clinics.
In early February, the coach was discharged from the clinic and is now moving with the help of crutches. According to doctors’ forecasts, Lucescu will be able to return to a full life in about a month.
