Andriy Rusol: “Three UPL clubs have pulled ahead a bit in terms of budget — these are “Shakhtar”, “Dynamo” and “Polissya”

The General Director of Lviv’s “Karpaty” Andriy Rusol spoke about the current overall situation with the budgets of UPL clubs.

“As for the numbers — I’m not sure, but I will try to give a more or less clear answer to this question. I highlighted 3 clubs that have pulled ahead a bit in terms of budget. These are “Shakhtar”, “Dynamo” and “Polissya”.

Then I named the next block of several clubs, including “Karpaty”. Whether it’s the 4th, 5th, or 6th place — it’s hard for me to say, because I don’t know the budgets of other clubs,” Rusol said in an interview with “Tribuna”.
