There are many little things that now seem strange at first, and you just have to get used to them. For example, a different order of mail delivery; or receiving a lot of messages from the insurance company or other services; or it's hard to get an appointment with a doctor right away. At first, you pay attention to such things, but over time, you get used to them,” Svatok said.
