Defender of the Ukraine U21 national team Ilya Krupskiy talked about his recent transfer from Poltava’s Vorskla to Kharkiv’s Metalist 1925 and offers from other clubs.

"The information about New England Revolution was true. We had even discussed the terms and duration of the contract and everything else. But at the last moment, we decided that I would not go to MLS. And I believe we made the right choice.

We communicated with Srna (Dario Srna, the sports director of Shakhtar, - ed. note), I know that the management of Vorskla communicated with the management of Shakhtar. But even before that, I had already given my word to Metalist 1925, and I kept that word.
