Midfielder of Rovenki’s “Veres” Igor Kharatin commented on a verbal altercation with head coach of Kovalivka’s “Kolos” Alexander Pozdeev after yesterday’s match between these teams in the 19th round of the Ukrainian championship.
Recall that in the compensated time of the second half of this match, Kharatin scored the winning goal from a penalty (the score became 2:1 in favor of “Veres”) and went to demonstratively and emotionally celebrate his success in front of the bench and substitutes of “Kolos” — his previous club. After that, the scandalous clash occurred.
“There were a bit of emotions. I have emotions, he has emotions. Listen, in my time, there was a situation where I believe I was treated unfairly. That’s how I feel.
And today’s match was emotionally difficult for me. For a whole week, I was ‘charged’, a lot was said. But I, in general, calmly worked this whole period, waited for my chance to go out on the field and bring benefits to the club that believes in me,” — Kharatin said in a comment to UPL.TV.
