Ukrainian defender of London Arsenal, Oleksandr Zinchenko, was close yesterday to scoring a goal for his team.
The 28-year-old player was included in the Arsenal squad for the first match of the Round of 16 in the Champions League against Dutch PSV (7:1), came on in the 71st minute, replacing Thomas Partey, and ten minutes later created a goal-scoring opportunity: he technically received a pass from Kieran Tierney in the left part of the penalty area, with his second touch he took an impressive shot into the far corner, but the reaction of the PSV goalkeeper saved his team from conceding a goal.
It should be noted that in the current season, Zinchenko has played only 16 matches for Arsenal in all competitions and has yet to mark a single productive action.
