— I am glad to join the Polissya team. At the moment, Polissya is developing very well and setting ambitious goals. I will do everything I can to improve the team\'s sports results.

— How did the offer to become the sports director come about?

— We literally met with the club president yesterday (on Tuesday, - ed. note), talked it over, shook hands, and today I am at work.

— How did the negotiations go, what did he tell you, has he already set any goals?

— Of course, we talked about the sports aspects. As a sports director, I need to communicate with the first team, Polissya-2, U-19, and the academy. This will be my main goal as a sports director. I have no ambitions to become a coach; my role is purely administrative.

— How do you see the current sports development of Polissya?

— The fact that Polissya made it to the European cups last year is already a big step forward, and I believe that in the future, Polissya will play in the European cups again. Also, the goals are to win the Ukrainian Cup and qualify for the European Cup zone.

— You said you have no ambitions to become a coach, but what about your ambitions as a sports director? What are they now?

— My ambitions as a sports director are for the players in our Polissya structure to grow and eventually reach a higher level.
