The head coach of the amateur club "Zirka" (Kropyvnytskyi) Samir Gasanov spoke about the financial problems of the club.

"The situation is difficult. For now, I will answer like this. We are all waiting for the final decision from the club president. A meeting is planned for March, and then we will understand what we and how we will do. At the moment, I cannot say anything about the further performances of the first team at all. What format there will be or whether it will exist at all — we will all know after this meeting.
The guys are responsible, as long as there is an opportunity to play — but they are participating in winter tournaments to maintain their form. They have received information from the coaching staff, so to speak, a program of action. However, there is a problem in another aspect — in the uncertainty that we currently have.
It is very difficult for now. Almost the entire team has left. Even the one that remained after a certain change of generations. We have reloaded several times, giving children who graduated from the Kropyvnytskyi Youth Sports School the opportunity to transition to adult football at the national level. Every six months we lose leading players, but now the staffing issue is particularly acute," said Gasanov.
