"The level of refereeing in Ukraine has greatly improved. I hear a lot of complaints. To be honest, there are still a few referees who want to constantly blow the whistle and disrupt the pace of the game. However, most referees allow the game to flow. I am pleased about that. I played football and know when the game turns into whistles and free kicks. There is less of that now," Lupashko's words are quoted by the official website of "Karpaty".
