The coaching staff of the Ukrainian national team, led by Serhiy Rebrov, involved players from five UPL clubs in the Nations League playoff matches – “Dynamo” (3), “Shakhtar” (4), “Polissya” (2), “Karpaty” and “Oleksandriya” (1 each).

Goals in the first match against Belgium were scored by Oleksiy Hutsulyak (“Polissya”) and Vladyslav Vanat (“Dynamo”). Four other players from three clubs were included in the squad but did not enter the field (“Shakhtar” – 2, “Dynamo” and “Polissya” – 1 each).
