Former "Ingulec" defender Mikhail Shershen commented on the sensational story that the president of his former club, Alexander Povoroznyuk, reported him to TCK representatives after he refused to extend his contract.
“In general, what Alexander (Alexander Kozak, the former captain of 'Ingulec', who recently described how it all happened, — ed.) said is true. I left the president's office with two men in military uniform.
We left the office, they insisted that I go with them. I said, 'Call the police, and I will call a lawyer.' While they were calling, I got in the car to call, but in the end, I decided just to leave. I gathered my family, and we left from there,” Shershen's words are quoted by "Tribuna".
