“LNZ's coach was right. After the corner kick, the guest defender Eduard Sarapiy held the home goalkeeper Yevhen Kucheranko in the goal area, which is prohibited by the rules, and he did not take possession of the ball, which Boris Krushynskyi took advantage of.
The foul was obvious, and I don’t know why referee Mykola Balakin did not punish Sarapiy and did not cancel the goal. Referee VAR Ihor Paskhal also did not suggest reviewing the video of that moment. This mistake by Balakin led to the defeat of the Cherkasy team, and Roman Grigorchuk’s displeasure is understandable,” — said Stupar.
