Today, April 3, the UEFA Congress took place in Belgrade, during which elections to the UEFA Executive Committee were held.
According to the official UEFA website, as a result of the voting, the president of UAF Andriy Shevchenko was not elected to the Executive Committee. Shevchenko received 15 votes from UEFA member associations and took 4th place among 5 candidates.
Meanwhile, the following were elected: Gabriele Gravina (Italy), Marian Kustic (Croatia), Ari Lahti (Finland), Armen Melikbekyan (Armenia), Frank Pau (Netherlands), Aivar Pollak (Estonia), Hans-Joachim Watzke (Germany), Abal Rafael Lujan (Spain), Moshe Zuaras (Israel).
