Zabarny — in the TOP-30 most expensive central defenders

The authoritative portal Transfermarkt compiled a ranking of the most expensive central defenders as of now.

The first and second positions in the ranking are shared by William Saliba from London’s Arsenal and Alessandro Bastoni from Italian Inter: the transfer value of both currently stands at 80 million euros. Rounding out the top three is another Arsenal representative, Gabriel — 75 million euros.

Also making the list is a representative from Ukraine: Ilya Zabarny from English Bournemouth is in 27th place with a transfer value of 40 million euros.
