Vyacheslav Surkis: "Since childhood, I have been fascinated by football, I played at home with my father"

The goalkeeper of Kyiv’s "Dynamo U-19" Vyacheslav Surkis told how he started playing football and when he realized that he wanted to become a goalkeeper.

- Honestly, I have been fascinated by football since childhood: there were always football topics at home, football channels, I played at home with my father. I also saw how my father used to play as a goalkeeper, and I liked it. But I started on the field, I think, as a forward, and then, I remember, there was a moment when I got so tired of running and asked the coach to let me stand in goal. After that, I never returned to the field," said the Dynamo player.
