Poltava’s "Vorskla" has received a second transfer ban, informs the official FIFA website.
It is reported that "Vorskla" received the new ban yesterday, April 30, and will not be able to register new players for the next three transfer windows.
Recall that on April 8, the Poltava club received the first transfer ban.
