Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold announced that he is leaving the English club.
“After 20 years at Liverpool, it’s time to confirm: I will leave the club at the end of this season. This is undoubtedly the hardest decision of my life. I know that many of you have been upset that I haven’t said anything yet, but I have always aimed to focus on what is most important for the team – winning the 20th Premier League title.
This club has been my life – my entire world – for 20 years. From the academy to today – the support and love that I have felt from everyone will stay with me forever. I will always be grateful to you for this…” – wrote Alexander-Arnold on his Instagram page.
