The International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) has compiled another unusual ranking. This time, it includes clubs that are not in the top-5 European leagues, with the highest percentage of playing time for players aged up to 21 years in the current season.
At the top of this list is Lviv’s “Rukh” with a rate of 64.3%
