The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the UAF, having considered the case "On the match of the 26th round of the championship of Ukraine (U-19) FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) — FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv)", which took place on April 26, made the following decisions:
— obliged FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for unsportsmanlike, undisciplined behavior of the players of FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) during and after the match);
— obliged FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias and imposed on FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) a sanction in the form of community service in the field of football, namely obliged FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) to conduct 1 (one) educational lecture (lasting no less than 30 minutes) on the necessity of adhering to regulatory norms, in particular the principles of "Fair play" and mutual respect of players and officials of the club before, during and after matches for the team "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) U-19 (for provocative actions of the players, officials of FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which led to a confrontation / disorder on the football field);
— obliged FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for unsportsmanlike, undisciplined behavior of the players of FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) during and after the match);
— obliged FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias and imposed on FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) a sanction in the form of community service in the field of football, namely obliged FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) to conduct 1 (one) educational lecture (lasting no less than 30 minutes) on the necessity of adhering to regulatory norms, in particular the principles of "Fair play" and mutual respect, of players and officials of the club before, during and after matches for the team "Dynamo" (Kyiv) U-19 (for provocative actions of the players of FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv), which led to a confrontation / disorder on the football field);
— suspended FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) player Arroyo Maldonado Diego Junior from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for fighting during the match), of which for 1 (one) match conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;
— suspended FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) player Rostislav Bahlai from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for fighting during the match), of which for 1 (one) match conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;
— suspended FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) player Oleksandr Yushchenko from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for violent behavior), of which for 1 (one) match conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;
— suspended FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) player Nikita Kaliuzhny from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for violent behavior), of which for 1 (one) match conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;
— suspended FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) player Oleksandr Bashmarin from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for violent behavior), of which for 1 (one) match conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;
— suspended head coach of FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) U-19 Oleksiy Belyk from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for using abusive, obscene language);
— suspended fitness coach of FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) U-19 Pavlo Onopriyenko from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for using physical force against a player of the opposing team);
— suspended FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) player Vladislav Herich from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for fighting during the match), of which for 2 (two) matches conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;
— suspended FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) player Danylo Dekhytar from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for violent behavior);
— suspended FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) player Vyacheslav Surkis from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for using abusive, obscene language).
